On the west side of the island, beach No. 3, Koh Kong White Sand Beach Resort in Cambodia offers bungalows laid out on a picture postcard beach.
You can relax at the beach or make friends with a kayak tour and Jungle trekking.
The bungalows and furnishings are in very good condition and the prices are between $ 15 – $ 25 As of April 2014.

Every morning and afternoon a boat leaves the dock at The Bay Hotel in Koh Kong City and sails to Koh Kong White Sand Beach Resort.
The departure times are 8.15 am and 2.00 pm and this pleasant boat trip takes about 1 ½ hours depending on weather conditions.

From Phnom Penh , take the bus at 7.45 clock to Koh Kong City.
The journey takes about 5 ½ hours.
From Sihanoukville take the 8:15 bus; the trip takes about 4 ½ hours.
From Siem Reap , it is best to take the midnight bus to Phnom Penh and from there to Koh Kong.
